Implementation Manager

A FIRE Implementation Manager is assigned to your account to help with initial setup and configuration. And we stay with you as your needs evolve over time.

User Support

You always have access to support via support tickets, but also by limited phone, one-on-one online or in person meeting as needed. Assignment of primary contact personnel within your organization allows for a very thorough review of any issues.

Hosting

All hosting of FIRE related services, including attached files, is fully covered within standard pricing.

Access to Customized Programming

If you require customized programming or modules, it may either be available within the FIRE roadmap, or can be tailored quotes, including details specifications.

Reporting

A suite of standard reports developed over 20 years. Also full Database Access allows for all clients to use of tools such as PowerBI to build customized reports.

Upgrades

All FIRE customers are regularly upgraded to our latest version. No upgrade fees, extra consultations, or re-implementations.

Access to Integrations

Integration to other systems is required by almost all FIRE customers. Extensive resources are inherent to FIRE to help with these integrations, but our personnel are also very familiar with more customized work if required.

Additional Costs

Custom Reports -- $140 / hr
The FIRE system has a suite of standard reports, however we are often called upon to create custom reports for our clients. It is also possible to provide database access, and co-operate with our clients on the creation of reports using systems such as Microsoft PowerBI.
Integrations -- Fixed Price Quote / Claero Partner

Almost all FIRE systems are integrated to other systems - typically our clients' Accounting / ERP system, external e-Invoicing systems such as Enverus Open Invoice or JobuTrax, or payroll systems.

Claero has a number of partners with which we work, as well as an extensive library of API's that allow other systems to integrate into FIRE.

Custom Forms -- $140 / hr

FIRE Spark supports both simple and complex reports which can include features such as validation, calculations, look-up tables, section hiding dependant upon logic, integrating data from other components of the document, custom prints, exports, reporting, etc.

FIRE Spark reports can also either be an inherent part of existing documents such a Bids, Dispatches or Tickets, or can function as stand-alone forms. Forms can even be triggered to show up based on custom logic; such as only appearing when a specific asset category is selected.

FIRE Custom Forms are an incredibly powerful tool which can reduce an enormous amount of re-entry work.

Compensation Module Customizations -- Fixed Price Quote

The service industry has some very unique ways of paying their people. And these methods can result in a huge amount of manual work for your staff. The FIRE Compensation system has been build in such a way as to be open to these types of customizations, and we are happy to work with our clients so FIRE produces a reliable report with as little manual work as possible.

Claero Solutions has often worked with our clients to customize or enhance existing modules. We are happy to discuss these opportunities with both our new and existing customers.

NOT Included

Field Hardware

Laptops, tables, smart phones, or other equipment required to enter data into the FIRE System is not included, and will have to be purchased, implemented and supported with your company.

All Customizations

Although some programming and implementation is included, there can be many implementations and customizations required. These are not all included, but can be quoted and carried out by our team as needed

Your Time

You must be ready to dedicate internal time and resources to the implementation, and updates of FIRE. This includes a strong recommendation to assign an internal Project Manager from your team.
