Responsibilities
- develop, test, and document software projects
- design application architecture including database and code structure
- help develop and improve Claero Solutions coding standards
- provide support for creating quotes and proposals for new projects
- help establish initial business requirements and ongoing change management
- when required, act as lead for development projects

Preferred
- web design experience (Dreamweaver MX, Flash, Photoshop)
- demonstrated user interface design skills
- demonstrated knowledge & experience with various software development methodologies
- project management experience
