FIRE pricing is based upon:

• Which version you need
• How many field users you have -- this is how many people will be keying in field invoices in remote locations
• Whether you want to lease laptops
• How much customization work, or creation of specific reports you need beyond a supplied amount
• How much support your staff will need on an ongoing basis beyond a supplied amount

Pricing is not affected by the number of people who will be accessing field tickets on the web via the FIRE Online server. These are people such as district managers, sales, management and accounting personnel who will be reviewing and changing the pricing and other details, as well as performing the final invoicing.
