When you buy FIRE, it includes us doing the setup, limited customizations, helping you enter your data into the system and training both your head office and field staff.

Our philosophy is that you get everything set up with minimal effort on your part. We provide the hardware and software, including field laptops if desired, training, and all systems so that you can be up and running quickly and easily.

In fact, we are so committed to this philosophy that we've had an entire system up, from employees entering tickets in the field to automatic exports into their accounting system, in two months!

In addition, the majority of changes after implementation, such as pricing, customer list, asset lists, and an impressive array of other items can all be done by you. We ensure you get the training to make this happen.

Although we have proven over again that FIRE saves time, it is important to know that it takes some of your time to implement the system. Here's the time, detailed above, that we've included in our prices and which we recommend you and your staff dedicate for a smooth implementation:
- 8 hours - initial training for admin person
- 2 hours - review with admin person after data entry
- 2 hours - first training session for all field and office employees
- 2 hours - follow up training session for all field employees
- 2 hours - additional training for selected "expert field users"
- 2 hours - follow up training session for all office employees
- 2 hours - additional training for selected "expert office users"
- 2 hours - follow up training for admin person
- 2 hours - training with Accounting department

Liability and Damages
  Claero Solutions total liability to you for all damages from any cause whatsoever will be limited to the amount paid by you for the six months of service immediately preceding the date which, as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction, you were harmed by your use of the service or product.
